Representatives of the Military Technical Institute from Belgrade visited the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences to discuss opportunities for further developing and strengthening their long-standing cooperation.
The meeting focused on connecting scientific and research capacities, exchanging professional expertise, and identifying areas in which the two institutions could carry out joint activities, particularly in the fields of new materials, technologies, and education.
During the visit, it was emphasized that cooperation between scientific institutions and industry is an important prerequisite for the development of innovation, the application of modern technologies, and the strengthening of domestic research capacities.
Special attention was given to the possibilities of combining knowledge, infrastructure, and expertise in areas of mutual interest.
This visit represents an important step toward more intensive communication and partnership between the Vinča Institute and the Military Technical Institute. Their shared goal is to create opportunities for technology transfer programmes and knowledge exchange, with a particular focus on applying scientific results in practice.
