The cooperation includes the exchange of knowledge and experience, the development of partnerships between scientific institutions and economic organizations, as well as the organization of joint meetings and activities. Particular emphasis is placed on cooperation in the energy sector, with a focus on nuclear energy, including the exchange of experience in energy production, education and training of professionals, and the strengthening of scientific and technological capacities. The Hungarian side expressed its readiness to support stronger involvement of the Vinča Institute in European research networks and programmes, primarily Horizon Europe and the EUREKA Network.

Further opportunities for cooperation arise from the fact that the HUN-REN Centre for Energy Research operates a research nuclear reactor, opening up prospects for joint research activities and the development of projects in the field of nuclear technologies. The Memorandum also envisages encouraging cooperation among scientific institutions, economic organizations and companies, as well as establishing appropriate working groups to implement joint initiatives and projects.
