As part of a series of public forums entitled "Nuclear tour: NOW or WHEN?", the expert team of the Institute for Nuclear Sciences "Vinča" visited Kruševac.
In the premises of the Business Incubator Center, an inspiring and dynamic conversation was held on important topics: nuclear energy, the latest technologies, and the key concept of sustainable development.
This important forum was attended by over 140 curious citizens, representatives of local governments, educational institutions, and businesses. Their active participation and numerous questions clearly demonstrated their extremely high interest in the complex topic of nuclear energy and its invaluable importance for Serbia's energy prospects.
The Director of the Institute, Dr. Slavko Dimović, expressed his sincere gratitude to those present for the sincere and open dialogue. He emphasized that constructive conversations like this are essential for building solid trust and a deeper understanding between the scientific community and wider society.
"When science and citizens talk openly, trust is created, and from trust, the future is born," said Dr. Dimović.
The ambitious Nuclear tour continues its educational journey in other cities throughout Serbia, with the clear goal of bringing the vitally important topics of energy security, modern technologies, and responsible sustainable development to citizens in an accessible manner, investing continuous effort in the betterment of the community.
