This year, once again, the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences will host Researchers' Night on Monday,
September 22nd - a unique event that brings science closer to everyone.
Our scientists will take visitors on an interactive journey through the world of atoms, materials, and new technologies, demonstrating how science solves everyday and global challenges. Instead of dry lectures, here science is fun, dynamic, and within reach. We go beyond the confines of the laboratory to show how research is conducted. Without lessons and formulas, this is an opportunity to demonstrate how science can be interactive, dynamic, and entertaining as researchers share their knowledge and enthusiasm through fascinating stories and demonstrations.
What to expect?
This preliminary event is a fusion of fundamental sciences with practical application, demonstrating how scientific discoveries and innovations are used to create new materials, protect the environment, improve health, and develop technological solutions that simplify and improve daily life.
The Vinča Institute will be transformed into a unique scientific festival, offering the chance to become a scientist for a day. In addition to interactive workshops and exciting experiments, there will be an opportunity to talk directly with researchers. Whether it's about how nuclear energy works, how new materials are created, or how science is applied in medicine, our experts will be there to answer any question.
Through the European Researchers' Night, science is experienced in a unique way!
